Great knife
Great feel, great edge, great performance. It cuts everything very well and is comfortable too. Also the wide blade is very useful for scooping up chopped or diced food.

This knife is Incredible.. Heavy duty. VERY sharp and solid. Good for people with larger hands. Everything about it is comfortable and awesome to use. i have had it about a year and use it professionally in a kitchen 5 days a week and it has no problem holding up to the stress. oh dont let me forget to tell you how awesome it works for transferring food once it has been cut. Strongly recommend buying if your looking for quality.
