Best EVER
I am a cake finisher and have owned this spatula for 13 years. It is perfect. The length is comfortable and useful. The edge of the blade is perfectly crafted to grab and pull buttercream allowing for flawless strokes. I highly recommend investing in this tool if you are serious about cake decorating. Extra tip- don't use this blade to lift cakes, scoop buttercream and don't ever bang the blade on the side of a bowl to remove extra cream. These actions will damage your new best friend.

I iced Christmas cake with this like a dream. It also worked under the cake to remove it from the flat pan. A must for every kitchen.
