Broken Upon Delivery
EDIT: Second package arrived. Was not damaged this time but packing materials were similar. Very easy to exchange so I am not mad anymore. Do not order if it is a last minute gift in case first shipment is damaged. PLEASE change how you package the decanter. Amazon packing did the best they could but Wine Enthusiats could do much better than thin cardboard and 1 layer of thin bubble wrap. I changed from 1 star to 4 because the decanter looks as advertised. Minus one star for the small delay due to breakage.
Package and set of glasses I ordered along with this were in perfect condition. Decanter was shattered in a million pieces upon opening. Only one small layer of bubble wrap to protect a large glass product? Are you insane? Stop being cheap, WineEnthusiasts, and package your items as if you care about them. If the next one is damaged, I will not be buying from you ever again.
They are shipping another one. I will happily change my review if the new one arrives...
A beautiful gift
I got this as a gift for a friend. Great product and great quality. Very pleased with this decanter. Makes scotch so much classier.
Very nice
Very attractive and sturdy piece. Looks nicer than having bottles of whiskey on the counter. I would recommend this product.
